Our tailored workforce management system (StreamLine) is specifically designed to ensure quality installation and maintenance services in the domestic sector. We have deployed a national workforce comprising over 250 fully equipped and trained technicians supported by dedicated Operations Centres and other support staff. The Tech2 Group has provided services to Optus since November 1998. Our continuing position as the largest domestic installation services contractor with Optus is testament to the quality of our service. We continue to play a key role in the deployment and growth of Optus local telephony, high speed data and pay TV services.
The Tech2 Group has also provided telephony and broadband services for Telstra and pay TV services for FOXTEL customers.
