Glen Powys
Glen is a founding owner of The Tech2 Group and has been instrumental in developing the culture and business ethics that set us apart.
Glen is the Managing Director of the Group.
Prior to starting the business, Glen worked at Optus where he held both state and national management positions responsible for the delivery of broadband and network support services. Prior to that Glen enjoyed a highly successful career as an Infantry officer in the Australian Army with a range of key operational and management positions including a representative training and management role in the UK.

Glen has a Masters of Business Administration (AGSM), a Bachelor of Science (Computing) and an Associate Diploma in Personnel Administration.

Don Muirhead
Don joined The Tech2 Group in March 2002 as the Director Strategy and Business Development for the group.
Don is the Chief Operating Officer of the Group with focus on performance excellence.
Don joined The Tech2 Group after nine years with Optus, b ringing extensive industry, business and management experience and a common passion to maintain the group’s culture. At Optus he held a number of high profile project and management positions. He was involved with the GSM network rollout and rationalisation of the Optus Cable network in which he was responsible for all customer facing activities associated with the Cable network.
Prior to Optus, Don was involved in the health industry, preceded by a career with the Australian Army during which time he had a variety of operational and command positions including a detachment with the United Nations to the Middle East.

Don holds a Graduate Diploma of Business Administration, Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) and is an alumni of the Australian Graduate School of Management.

Russel Levert
Russel joined The Tech2 Group in March 2001 as Chief Financial Officer for the group and was appointed company secretary in March 2002. He brings financial knowledge and business experience to the group and is responsible ensuring that The Tech2 Group complies with the highest level of corporate governance and business ethics.

A qualified Chartered Accountant, Russel joined The Tech2 Group after completing 3 years as an Investment Associate with a venture capital fund in Johannesburg South Africa. In his role as Investment Associate he was responsible for corporate finance activities including due diligence, business valuation and financial analysis.

In his role as Chief Financial Officer, Russel focuses on maximizing shareholder returns while ensuring compliance with all relevant accounting and statutory requirements.
