Our Customer Management Centre – 1300 42 40 00 – provides full support to our customers before during and after your installation.
Pre Appointment Confirmation
The Customer Management Centre will send an SMS and/or email to you prior to installation to check that everything is going ahead as planned.
Completing the Job
Technicians will complete all of the tasks booked by you and any additional tasks if requested (if time permits).
You must ensure that you check your invoice as it specifies exactly what the technician will do (and what they won’t do). This is so that there is no confusion onsite with the technician.
