2. What brands do you service?
Tech2home technicians are familiar with all the major brands sold in Australia – if you’re not sure please feel free to ask.
3. What Audio Video components can Tech2home help set up?
All of them; Televisions, DVD/Blu-Ray, Sound Systems, Tivo’s, Slingbox, Games Consoles & PVR’s.
4. What if I have extra AV components to be connected?
Once on a job it only costs an additional $18 to set up extra components not included in the package.
5. Who supplies the mounts for TV or speaker mounting?
Package prices reflect you supplying the mounts. If you would like Tech2home to supply please let us know when you book.
6. Some things to note:

7. What happens after you book?
Our Customer Management Centre – 1300 83 24 24 – provides full support to our customers before during and after your installation.
8. Pre Appointment Confirmation
The Customer Management Centre will send an SMS and/or email to you prior to installation to check that everything is going ahead as planned.
9. Completing the Job
Technicians will complete all of the tasks booked by you and any additional tasks if requested (if time permits).
